General Returns and Exchanges Policy
To return or exchange a Strategic Stitch product, you must request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number, simply email us at support@strategicstitch.com or complete the form below 45-days from the date of purchase. If you decided to email us, please include the order number, what you like to return, and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written and clearly visible on the return parcel.
If you purchase any custom embroidery products; due to the custom nature, Strategic Stitch does not offer returns or refunds. With any custom embroidery, we go through a sign off and acceptance process. Please take your time to ensure everything is correct at that time.
Strategic Stitch is no responsible for returning any items that have been lost in transit. You must ensure that the items are returned to us unwashed, unused, and in original packaging and tags intact. Otherwise, the items are not eligible for refund/exchange.
