Frequently asked questions


What is your contact info?

To contact us please send an email to info@strategicstitch.com. 

We prefer to keep all communications electronic. This keeps a record of what was discussed and any of our team members can look back on past communications that have happened regarding an order. 

Please, do not call. We do not have a help line for online orders. We are a very small team, and we process hundreds of designs, orders, customer requests per day. If you have an existing order and a phone call is necessary, we will arrange one and reach out to you. 

What is your turnaround time?

Our current production time is an estimated 10-14 business days (Mon-Friday) after your order has been placed. Once an order finishes production it is shipped via USPS and typically takes a few business days to
get to your door.

Turnaround times are estimates. Most orders are completed and shipped out in the original estimated shipping window we provide. However,
sometimes issues come up during production that may delay an order a few days (Logo not stitching well, human production errors, blanks on back-order).

We do everything we can to get your order done and out to you as quickly as possible.

Is there a minimum order?

We do not have a minimum order quantity. Orders less than 12 hats or clothing require a $35 artwork setup fee. This is a one-time fee that is not paid again on future orders with the same logo.

Back stitching is only available for orders greater than 6 hats. For more information, please send us a request here.

Order hats & shirts that aren’t listed?

The hats and shirts listed on our ordering page are only a small portion of the options that we offer. If you are looking for something that is not offered on our website, we may be able to secure the blanks to do the order for you. Please reach out by emailing us at info@strategicstitch.com or submit a request for a quote with your needs.

How do I reorder?

After you have clicked on customize, you can load any saved artwork and re-order them as you wish.

You can also submit a request for a quote. In the request, please include the order number and the product you would like to re-order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Strategic Stitch accepts all major brands of payment including Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and American Express.

Can I use my own hats?

Due to the professional nature of our service we will only customize and embroider hats that are purchased on our website.

How long does my order take to ship?

Each order is personally customized and made for you. That means the total time from us to you can be 4-6 weeks. We'll keep you updated as your order goes through the different stages of production.

How many colors can you embroider in a logo?

We can stitch up to 8 colors for your logo. For more information, check out our embroidery guide.

How big can my logo be embroidered?

This is dependent on the size of your hat. On larger hats the maximum size that we can stitch a logo is 4 inches wide and 2.25 inches high.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Of course! The more you buy, the more you save. See product detail for discount percentages.
